“Fix WoW Latency” should be a feature within the Warcraft Interface that provides such a service as WTFast to help you Reduce Latency in WoW. OK so since I play WoW from Asia I have made it my responsibility to find every possible way to improve my latency. I have tried every tweak for Vista (back when I had that nightmare), addons that claimed to help amongst other things. Recently while on my search to bring my latency down I ran across some information on SSH Tunneling services like the one I have been using recently called WTFast.
If you are a PvP’er or Raider Lower Latency is must have to help you be on top of your game. As obviously people like me who are playing overseas on US Realms receive the most benefit from these types of services, the improved response time for those stateside will drastically improve your game experience, ability to dominate the competition, and top the healing/DPS charts with much greater ease.
When I first came across WTFast‘s lower ping service I was skeptical, but they offer you a chance to use their free trial service for 20 minutes at a time to see if you will in fact receive improvement to your lag time. After installing WTFast and using the program I was sold for the easy price of 5.99 a month to cut my latency from around the 600 range all the way back down to around the 280 latency range. I do see the improvement not only in my performance, but my general experience in the game as well. high pop areas like Dalaran are able to load faster, and my time between casts is right on time with GCD.
WTFast works by rerouting your ping to one of their servers which has a shorter path to the actual WOW server. In your current setup when you ping to the WoW server your internet connection may make many stops along the way in the world wide web internet network before it reaches the WOW server. WTFast cuts those stops drastically giving you a quicker response time.
When I first ran across the topic of using these types of services I immediately rushed to Google to find out if it was legit or a scam. I did come across some forums where many people were saying not to trust the service or to fear such things, but inevitably by the end of the forum their were people who responded saying they had used the service with great success. I did the digging these are legit services that are legal and give results.
WTFast in no way alters the game or its files in any way, and is completely compliant with the World of Warcraft Terms of Service and End Users License Agreement (TOS and EULA). So you have nothing to worry about when using the service. You are not cheating in any way, and best of all its affordable. Everyone can afford 5.99 to boost there game experience, and decrease their ping.
I will continue to use their faster ping service to decrease my latency unless I find something better for sure, and strongly suggest that anyone out there who has high latency or just wants to improve their game performance in World of Warcraft should give WTFast a try.

AND JAKE your full of crap. please dont say anything about anything in the rest of your life unless u got your facts streight… I got hacked ( well scammed by an arena booster) for gold. And coz of the many dif people logging on my account within those 3 days from alot countries it got perma banned. I called them and told them i was using WTfast .they told me to change password. i did. to add authenticator. i did. log on my B net account. i did. they after these stuff then just wanted a passport copy and a picture of a newspaper from the same day. and i got my account back. its no problem using a tunneling service.
I have bought WTFast too. i tried the 20 min one my self ( im playing from CHINA ) and went from 5-10k MS ( day time 10 k 1-6 at night i had about 5k ms to now 850 MS at busy day time and 300-400 ms ( from 1 at night until about 14-15 day time where is gets a bit laggy.) no matter what.. 800 ms is payable to farm honor and do heroics/farm gold with and then at night ( sometimes even 23 is down on 300 ms) u can do your stuff ( since if you play on european servers , and u can afford to play at late night. this ownt be a problem since most raid guilds raid at 18-?? time. wich 18.00 = 23-01 at night in MOST asian countries.. DIF helped me out alot… I first tried the 5 dollar normal version.. wanted to see if the 10 dollar version helped. well.. at times it helps. but the PING diddent really lower that much.. imo just stick to the 5 dollar one.
Blizzard can and has suspended people for using such proxy services, specifically WTFast.

I can in fact find examples of blue posts that state they do not action against SSH Tunneling.. Please refer with facts.
Well its smart to always be worried but honestly I have never had an issue with them at all. If you want to get a better understanding of what it actually is I suggest that you google “VPN” it is basically the same concept…. I think
Not even similar to a VPN, with is a way to secure traffic over a public network.
Obviously a planted story for this software..
