Epic Machinima: The Culling of Strathholme (The Retalliation) from Shadowline
This Machinima is an epic 3 part series of Machinima that will play in order in the you tube player above. The Machinima is an awesome 20+ minutes of lore driven creation by Shadowline covering the chain of events which lead to Arthas taking up Frostmourne killing his own armies and being tricked into becoming the Lich King. The series is the story of Arthas Menethil on his expedition to Northrend along with his armies to hunt for Mal’Ganis after Arthas annihilated the good people of Strathholme for being smitten with the plague. Arthas meets up with Muridan Bronzebeard, and sets out to find Mal’Ganis together, when all seems lost Arthas decides to take up Frostmourne and is then taken hold of by the dark lord. This piece is one of the most epic forms of Machinima which I have ever seen in the past. Shadowline/Cape Productions really puts it together well. Enjoy…
